Decide how each task should be handled, then score it. Tasks you keep human aren't scored for AI. The system maps each AI task to the right AI role automatically.

Scoring guide: Value = Time load x 2 + Impact x 2 + Drain (5 to 25). Ease = Ease to hand over (1 to 5). Time load comes from how often x how long, as hours a month: under 1 hr = 1, 1 to 3 = 2, 3 to 8 = 3, 8 to 20 = 4, over 20 = 5.
Quadrants: Value 16+ and Ease 4+ = Quick Win. Value 16+ and Ease 1 to 3 = Big Swing. Value up to 15 and Ease 4+ = Nice to Have. Value up to 15 and Ease 1 to 3 = Leave for Now.
